What is the CQC Efficiency Certification?

First, an explaination of what "CQC" is. CQC stands for "China Quality Certification". It’s one of China’s main government-authorized certification bodies. They're responsible for testing, certification, and quality assurance of products in China. You can think of them as the "UL of China".
The CQC energy efficiency tiers are similar to the 80 PLUS tiers; but instead of using precious metals, roman numerals I through VII are used.
